| Physical Description | Straight red hair that would goes just past her shoulders. She usually puts it up in a bun behind her while on duty, but prefers to keep it down. Her hair is a note of pride, and she maintains it almost to the point of obsession. Cindy usually wears glasses while on duty, and contacts while off. While she tries for a simple look while on duty, she is, in a word, distracting. Her smile is wholly disarming, and while she may appear to be somewhat ditzy to the casual observer, one only need look into her eyes to realize the intelligence hidden in them. Cindy has a graceful gait that is accounted for by years as a dancer. |

Neither set of parents approved of Richard and Trisha's marriage; it is only recently they have been able to civilly converse with each other as well as the unblessed couple due to Cindy's decision to go into Starfleet. Cindy's father has little to do with his siblings; Cindy, however, loves her uncle Joseph and his family and is always eager to spend time with them. Jean, upon Joseph's decision to not follow his father into politics and instead pursue a career in writing, was disowned. Joseph attempts to look after Cindy as much as possible, and considers her more than a niece, caring for her as if she was his own daughter. This is due to his accurate perception of Cindy's parents as cold and demanding, which has driven Cindy to strive to perfection in an attempt to please her parents. Her mother's side of the family is warm but distant, making token efforts to contact Cindy on birthdays and holidays. It is this lack of warmth in her family that has driven her to seek a sort of family in those around her, almost to the point of being nosy about others business. |

| General Overview | Cindy under normal circumstances is extroverted, with a seeming need to be around others all the time when off duty. She usually has a smile on her face, and is described by the many boyfriends she has had as "a tease." She has a kind heart and cannot stand to see someone in need and not do something about it. Her teachers have described her as a workaholic; however, it is more of a need to have whatever she does be perfect that drives her to work long hours and late into the night, losing sleep. She cannot stand her quarters or work space to be messy, and is somewhat of a perfectionist, obsessing about something until she feels it is good enough. Favorite Drink: Orange juice Preferred Food: She generally prefers to eat Italian food. Her favorite dishes are usually seafood, but she generally does not treat herself to it unless it is for a special occasion. |

| Ambitions | To become a Captain of a Starfleet vessel, and has aspirations of even to become the head of the Engineering Corps. Her goals are also somewhat driven by the desire to please her parents, which, ever since she entered the Starfleet Academy, has become increasingly more difficult to do. | |
| Hobbies & Interests | Throughout highschool and Starfleet Academy, Cindy got into dancing. She was also made to play the piano at a young age all the way through her senior year. While she enjoys playing occasionally, she generally shies away from it due to the amount of pressure placed on her to play it by her parents. It is out of a sort of guilt she continues to play, and will not play a piece unless she has mastered it to perfection. Her other interests include drawing, holo-novels, singing, and martial arts. |
| Personal History | Much of Cindy's history is rooted on her family. Growing up in a cold household and feeling little warmth from either parent, she learned that the only way to gain her parent's attention and approval was to excel in whatever she did. Whatever she tried, she would drive herself to be 'perfect' at, and this shows in many aspects of her life. This continued throughout high school, where she graduated with high honors as the Valedictorian. She then applied for the Starfleet Academy in attempt to make her parents proud. However, her first attempt to get in to the Academy failed due to a low score on her entrance Exam. The event horrified her parents, who railed at Cindy and hinted that she was cut off from them. It was only through the encouragement and guidance of her uncle Joseph that Cindy even made another attempt, this time passing with high marks in all areas. However, her parents remained distant and cold, despite her many successes in the Academy, to include her graduation as a Valedictorian and her acceptance into ACT. |
