Personality & Traits

General Overview Georgia can be authoritarian but she's often charming. She's an excellent people manager, and can obstruct anyone most politely, with the effect that the meeting is often over before the disappointed party realises they've been 'dealt with'. She is incredibly organised and is a firm believer in structure, with each thing having its own place in the greater whole.
Strengths & Weaknesses She's a born organiser, and assists the Director with her daily paperwork load, handling the everyday running of Section 31 while higher authorities remain free to deal with bigger crises.

Unfortunately, she's not especially popular, and can be rigid an inflexible, leading to personality conflicts with entitled Agents.
Ambitions Wants to be the Director of Section 31 one day. She thinks she'd be a good fit for the role, but knows she can't compete for the position against the former Shadow Master.
Hobbies & Interests Bizarrely for a woman seemingly so authoritarian, Georgia loves flowers and has been an amateur flower-arranger for years. She always keeps her office looking fresh, regular creating colourful new arrangements.

Personal History Georgia Campbell was born in 2386 on Polaris III, a successful Federation colony world first founded in the 23rd century. She grew up as the eldest in a large family, and from the outset sharpened her people-management skills by assisting her mother in taking care of her younger siblings.

She earned a degree in Public Administration from Polaris University, and joined the local Federation bureaucracy, quickly gaining a reputation as an efficient, clinical worker. She was careful to always carefully cultivate her network of contacts as if they were her flowers, always keeping in touch and making sure that she always repaid favours. As she rose through the ranks of local bureaucracy, she was eventually offered a job on Earth.

The Federation's glittering capital world was a far cry from the Polaris system, but her networking methods worked just as well. During the Neo-Essentialist rule of Earth, the bureaucracy was subsumed in an arm of Edgerton's government, but Georgia kept her head down because she loathed the Neo-Essentialists and what they stood for.

In 2431, the Director of the newly-reconstructed Section 31 needed to access various Starfleet records for her recruitment drive, but bumped up against the brick wall of Starfleet's own regulations. After several weeks of frustrations, Selyara eventually came to Georgia for assistance, and the matter was settled in less than 24 hours.

The next day, Selyara offered Georgia a place in Section 31.
