| Personal History | Much of Finn Shackleton's Starfleet career has been classified since his transfer to Starfleet Intelligence, but there are many records of his civilian life. He was born in 2396 in Dublin to a wealthy Anglo-Irish family, and was educated at Trinity College and Cambridge University, achieving a BA in English and History. His parents died in a sailing accident while he was in England, leaving him an orphan. With no desire to teach or do academia for a living, he joined Starfleet, graduating in 2423. Once he graduated, he was immediately recruited into Starfleet Intelligence, working for seven years as an Intelligence Officer, before being recruited for the new-look Section 31 as an Agent. He holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander in Starfleet. |
